Maca is a herbacious plant native to Peru and found growing in the surrounding regions of South America. The bitter tasting but sweet root of the plant, which resembles the shape of a radish, as the plant belongs to the same family of plants as the radish, is consumed both as a food and a medicinal herb. Maca has been cultivated by farmers for over 2000 years and is a highly nutritious dietary supplement.
It is rich in minerals and fatty acids and is highly beneficial for copulation organs with aphrodisiac properties. The Inca Warriors allegedly feasted on maca before battles which purportedly had the effect of making them very randy of which was clearly displayed towards conquered women.
